Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Interest For Good subscription or services, what notice is required, and what happens to your account and data after cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests made through your account are processed immediately. Requests made via support will be confirmed within 2 business days.

3. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or be deactivated.

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

Following cancellation, we will retain your account data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your subscription. After this retention period, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your subscription within the 30-day retention window, you can do so through your account settings. Your previous data and preferences will be restored. After the retention period, reactivation will require creating a new account.

6. Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account if you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, we will provide notice where practicable and explain the reason for the action.
